Bilateral Endophthalmitis After Immediately Sequential Bilateral Cataract Surgery (ISBCS) in an Immunodeficient Patient

Abstract: Introduction: Bilateral simultaneous postoperative endophthalmitis (BSPOE) is a rare but potentially devastating complication following immediately sequential bilateral cataract surgery (ISBCS).
