Bilateral complete bony cervical ribs

Abstract: A 20-year-old lady presented with complaints of numbness and pain on bilateral upper limb activities, predominantly on the left side. Clinical examination revealed a positive provocative test (Adson's) in the left upper limb; otherwise, arterial pulses were equal bilaterally. There was no objective evidence of a neurological deficit or ischemia. Imaging confirmed bilateral complete bony cervical ribs which were successfully resected.
