Bilateral Cochlear Otosclerosis; Clinic and Radiologic Findings

Abstract: In this report, we presented a 41-year-old female patient with unilateral hearing loss in the right ear. Previously she had a traffic accident, but had no history of ear infection. High resolution computed tomography revealed bilateral cochlear otosclerosis, with no evidence of ossicle dislocation.
