Bilateral carotid vertebrobasilar rete mirabile

Abstract: ✓ A case of bilateral internal carotid artery hypoplasia with bilateral carotid rete mirabile is described in which the intracranial circulation was fed predominantly by external carotid anastomosis, the vertebrobasilar system, and the internal carotid system.
