Big Five Factors and Employees’ Voice Behavior among Employees in Small-Medium Enterprise in Penang

Abstract: This paper examined the relationship between the Big Five factors (openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism) and employees' voice behavior among employees of SME in Penang.
