“…Annotating data is the final step of creating this dataset, and its performed by two annotators, who are natives and utilizing Indonesian as the mother tongue. Because process of annotating data in the form of sentences used in the creation of this dataset is one of the processes involved in identifying a kind of sentiment or emotion included in a sentence, it is also known as the Sentiment Analysis process [4] and this approach is also a type of text analysis since it attempts to extract some values (sentiment and emotion) from Indonesian sentences [5] .
