“…Conversely, E − can interact with O 2 adsorbed on the C surface to generate superoxide radicals (·O 2 − ), as well as hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and other ROS such as H 2 O 2 22 . Studies have indicated that TiO 2 ‐based photocatalytic sterilization results primarily from the interaction between ·OH radicals 23 and other ROS (e.g. ·O 2 − , ·OOH and H 2 O 2 ) with C 24 .…”

“…The chemical structures of CTF-NS samples were further characterized by 13 C cross-polarization magic angle spinning (CP-MAS) solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. As shown in Figure 2e, their solid state 13 C NMR spectra display a pronounced signal at ≈170 ppm, which can be assigned to the sp 2 carbon (CN) in triazine units and thereby signals the formation of triazine groups. [41] Moreover, the characteristic BT signal at around 162 ppm is also observed for CTF-NS-5BT, indicating the incorporating of BT units into the conjugated networks.…”

“…Inorganic semiconductors (such as TiO 2 ) have been investigated for photocatalytic H 2 O 2 production. [10][11][12][13] However, they usually suffer from low H 2 O 2 production rate owing to their narrow light absorption range and undesirable catalytic degradation of H 2 O 2 on transition metals. [14][15] To this end, polymeric photocatalysts, exemplified by graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ), have attracted increasing attention in recent years because of their tunable chemical structures and metal-free composition.…”

“…In the present work, a novel strategy was proposed by utilizing metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) nanoparticles as the photo-sensitive materials of 2DLM-based photodetectors. MOFs formed by the coordination of metal ions and organic ligands exhibit highly tailorable bandgap, optical absorbance and electrical conductivity through varying the metal, ligand, and/or the growth conditions [22][23][24][25][26][27][28], which can be applied to different situations in line with the requirements of detection bands. Among them, MOF (Ni-CAT-1) possesses a narrow bandgap of 0.48 eV and strong optical absorption in the SWIR region [29,30], making it appropriate to combine with 2DLM to achieve high-performance SWIR photodetection.…”
