Bicaval and standard techniques in orthotopic heart transplantation: Medium-term experience in cardiac performance and survival

Abstract: The bicaval technique maintains good left ventricular function, lower incidence and severity of tricuspid valve dysfunction, and improved survival compared with the standard technique.
