Bianchi type-III Dark Energy Model in f(R,T) Gravity

Abstract: In this paper, we have investigated Bianchi Type-III Dark Energy Model in f(R,T) theory of gravity proposed by Harko et al. (Phys. Rev. D84 : 024020, 2011). To find a determinate solution of the field equations we have used (i) the fact that scalar expansion of the space-time is proportional to the shear scalar and (ii) a variable deceleration parameter given by Mishra et al. (Int. J. Theor. Phys. 52: 2546, 2013). Physical and kinematical properties of the model are also discussed. It is observed that our mode… Show more

“…Reddy et al [48] explored the solutions of Bianchi type III spacetime using the law of variation of Hubble's parameter. Bianchi type III dark energy model in the presence of perfect fluid source has been reported [49]. Ahmed and Pradhan [50] studied Bianchi Type V cosmology in this theory by involving the cosmological constant in the field equations.…”

“…In particular, Adhav (2012) investigated Bianchi type-I perfect fluid cosmological model in f (R, T ) gravity while Reddy et al (2012aReddy et al ( , 2012b have presented Bianchi type-III and Kaluza-Klein perfect fluid cosmological models in this theory. Subsequently, Reddy et al (2013) have discussed Bianchi type-III dark energy cosmological model in f (R, T ) gravity while Reddy and Santhi Kumar (2013) obtained LRS Bianchi type-II perfect fluid model in this theory. Rao et al (2014) have investigated Bianchi types II, VIII & IX perfect fluid cosmological models in this modified theory of gravity.…”
