Bi‐directional ground motions: Stochastic simulation and frequency‐dependent modal combination rule

Abstract: For direct statistical analysis of 3‐D structures against lateral earthquake shaking, stochastic simulation of fully nonstationary bi‐directional ground motions is essential.
