Bi-allelic variants in CHKA cause a neurodevelopmental disorder with epilepsy and microcephaly

Abstract: The Kennedy pathways catalyze the de novo synthesis of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, the most abundant components of eukaryotic cell membranes.
