Abstract

I must recognize the most influential educator in my life, Professor Roger Baer. With his tutelage I was able to realize my life-long goal of attaining a terminal degree in higher education. Furthermore he has played a pivotal role in my desire to become an educator, researcher and innovator. Moreover, Professor Baer has taught me what it means to be a true mentor.Without the unconditional love and support from my family, my achievements would not have been realized and I only hope to have made them proud. My mother was always ready to motivate, while my father followed through with words of support. My brothers and sister-in-law provided copious amounts of encouragement, while my niece Nina provided comic relief.
