Between Scandal and Invisibility: Inequality, Human Rights and Effectiveness of Law in Brazil (And Its Sociology)

Abstract: The paper analyses the theoretical peculiarities and parallelisms of two themes in Luhmannian theory: (i) inclusion/exclusion and (ii) scandalous indignation by violation of human rights.
