This study employed a comprehensive research strategy utilizing both online and offline methodologies to gather insights from 278 female media professionals in Karnataka. The survey, conducted from May 2023 to October 2023, encompassed a substantial timeframe, allowing for a thorough data collection process and the observation of potential variations over the months. The self-esteem scale and workplace communication behaviour inventory scale were employed for the data collection. All correlations were statistically significant affirming the reliability of these associations. Linear regression analyses further elucidated the relationships between self-esteem and specific workplace behaviours.
