Abstract: FlufenaminsLure ist UV-spektroskopisch bestimmbar.

“…Intrinsic fluorescence was utilized for the assay of fluorescein sodium in ophthalmic solutions (438); dibucaine in cerebrospinal fluid (922); mepacrine hydrochloride in drug preparations (771); the beta-adrenergic blocking agent sotalol, at different wavelengths in acid and alkaline solution (310); gamma-oxophenylbutazone on TLC plates (148); and glycodiazine in plasma and two of its metabolites in urine (390). Fluorometric methods were described also for metoserpate by reaction with nitrous acid (956); for the oral hypoglycemic agent phenformin, after alkaline ninhydrin treatment (50); for dextran, by DANSYL staining (89); for pentazocine by ion-pairing (111); for 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylglycol in urine, after ferric chloride oxidation (22); and for flufenamic acid, which is N -(alphatrifluoromtolyl) -anthranilic acid, by reaction with aluminum chloride (383) or formaldehyde and sulfuric acid (223). Attention was drawn to the use in drug analysis of TLC fluorescence methods (914) and of the luminescence associated with nitrogen heterocyclic compounds (663).…”
