Best Available Techniques as a Sustainability Tool in Manufacturing: Case Study in the Dairy Sector

Abstract: International audienceBest Available Techniques encompass preventive and end-of-pipe solutions aimed to contribute to the sustainability of the European industry. They are determined by the official Sevilla Process based on extensive data collection and analysis, supporting formal negotiation steps.
