Berberine ameliorates aGVHD by gut microbiota remodelling, TLR4 signalling suppression and colonic barrier repairment for NLRP3 inflammasome inhibition

Abstract: Allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is effective for many haematologic and hereditary diseases as a treatment strategy. 1 During allo-HSCT, donor-derived immunocompetent cells may cause the organs damage in recipient, which is known as GVHD.
