This paper reports on a comparative study on a synthetic depot-fi 1 2a_ tetracosactide (Cortrophine-S-Depot Organon | and an extractive ACTH-depotpreparation (Cortrophine-Z Organon| the factors studied were efficiency, dose relation, and depot effect. The parameter used was the excretion of free cortisol in the urine.
