Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction: case reportA 20-year-old woman developed Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction during treatment with benzathine benzylpenicillin for secondary syphilis associated with Sweet syndrome.The woman presented with progressive cutaneous lesions related to general systemic symptoms, including fever and headache.
