Benign Papillary Mesothelioma of the Tunica Vaginalis Testis

Abstract: We report on a case of benign papillary mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis in a 33-year-old man presenting with a left sided hydrocoele. An abnormal calcified area was excised and histology revealed a papillary mesothelioma. The patient was free from recurrence or other symptoms at follow up.
