“…Mesenchymoma is defined as a tumor composed of two or more mesenchymal elements within a background of fibrous tissue not ordinarily found together in the host site. These elements may include smooth muscle, adipose tissue, striated muscle, blood vessels and capillaries, as well as chondroid, osseous, myxomatous, or lymphoid tissue 3 . Stout 2 and Nash and Stout 4 described benign and malignant forms throughout the body and noted that benign forms recur locally if not fully excised.…”
