Benign Histiocyte-Rich Pseudotumor Developing Postchemotherapy and Mimicking Residual Disease

Abstract: Histiocyte-rich pseudotumors (HRPT) developing postchemoradiation therapy are a florid response to treatment and reparative change. Although these are benign processes, clinically and radiologically, these may mimic recurrent/relapsed disease.
