Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules: US Differentiation—Multicenter Retrospective Study

Abstract: Shape, margin, echogenicity, and presence of calcification are helpful criteria for the discrimination of malignant from benign nodules; the diagnostic accuracy of US criteria is dependent on tumor size.
