À partir d’une réflexion sur le rôle stratégique des services pour l’enfance dans les processus d’inclusion des enfants et des familles les plus vulnérables, l’article illustre l’expérience du projet "Family Hub", mis en œuvre dans plusieurs villes italiennes entre 2018 et 2021. Il s’agit d’un projet visant à encourager la participation des jeunes enfants et de leurs parents dans les services d’éducation et de soin de la petite enfance (ECEC). De nombreuses actions ont été mises en œuvre par le projet au travers d’une méthodologie participative et de mise en réseau. L’article porte en particulier sur les perceptions du personnel éducatif et les résultats des pratiques d’inclusion mises en œuvre par le projet.
