“…Prolifique, fortement transdisciplinaire (Nowak, 2008) En effet, si depuis la fin des années 1990, de nombreuses recherches ont mis en évidence les bénéfices apportés par l'utilisation d'oeuvres numériques pour la compréhension (de Jong et Bus, 2004;Doty et al, 2001;Frye, 2014;Greenlee-Moore et Smith, 1996;Matthew, 1997;Pearman, 2008;Verhallen et al, 2006) -et notamment pour la formulation d'inférences -, la mémorisation, l'apprentissage du lexique ou l'automatisation du décodage (Ihmeideh, 2014;Korat, 2010;Lewin, 2000), d'autres sont parvenues à détecter des effets nuls ou ouvertement préjudiciables pour les apprentissages. Par exemple, les recherches de Ricci et Beal (2002) (Dalla Longa et Mich, 2013;de Jong et Bus, 2002;Okolo et Hayes, 1996;Sheppard, 2011;Trushell et Maitland, 2005), qu'à travers des instruments de suivis des mouvements oculaires ou des processus psychocognitifs de la lecture (de Jong et Bus, 2013 ;Labbo et Kuhn, 2000 ;Takacs et Bus, 2016 ;Verhallen et Bus, 2011), cette corrélation entre l'incongruité des éléments interactifs ou des ressources multimodales et la réception (Kao et al, 2016;Segers et al, 2006;Smeets et Bus, 2014) 2 Nous avons effectué des recherches sur les termes de « lecture numérique », « lecture hypertextuelle », « littérature numérique », « littérature électronique », « livres numériques », « livres interactifs », « livres animés », « livres enrichis », « livres électroniques », « applications », « applications littéraires », « albums numériques », « histoires numériques », « appli-histoires », « histoires CD-ROM ». Ces mots-clés, recherchés en français et en anglais, ont été corrélés à ceux de « enfants », « adolescents », « écoliers », « jeunes lecteurs », « élèves » et « étudiants ».…”
