Abstract: Background Standard therapy in gastric or gastro-esophageal junction (GOJ) adenocarcinoma is perioperative chemotherapy with fluorouracil plus leucovorin, oxaliplatin, and docetaxel (FLOT regimen). FLOT offers significant histological response rates.
