Abstract: Numerous clinical studies reported effectiveness of add-on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents in patients with depression. In the present study, we investigated efficacy and safety of add-on aceclofenac alone or in-combination with serratiopeptidase to sertraline in patients with depression.
