Bending Analysis of Multiferroic Semiconductor Composite Beam towards Smart Cement-Based Materials

Abstract: A beam-like structure of antisymmetric laminated multiferroic piezoelectric semiconductor (LMPS), which consists of two piezomagnetic (PM) and two piezoelectric semiconductor (PS) layers is proposed.
