Bemerkungen zum Nachweis des Thiamin im Serum mittels der Thiochrommethode

Abstract

Bei der Bestimmung des "Gesamt-Thiamingehaltes" des Vollblutes mit Hilfe der Thiochrommethode zeigt sich eine hohe Eigenfluoreszenz des Vollblutes, die über 50% der gemessenen Gesamtfluoreszenz beträgt. Aus diesem Grunde sind auf solche Art gewonnene Werte nur sehr vorsichtig zu interpretieren. Great care is therefore necessary in the interpretation of results obtained in this way.
