Belirgin kardiyovasküler hastalığı olmayan hastalarda COVID-19 mRNA aşısının elektrokar-diyografik parametreler üzerinde herhangi bir etkisi var mı?

Abstract: Objective: Electrocardiographic alterations were investigated following the second dosage of COVID-19 mRNA vaccination. Methods: A total of 260 individuals after two doses of COVID-19 vaccine with Pfizer-BioNTech were included in the study. The electrocardiographic parameters recorded at baseline and approximately one week later after two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine were compared for all patients. Results: PR interval was increased and QTc maximum interval was decreased significantly after second dose COV… Show more

“…34 Brugada syndrome is a condition characterized by electrocardiographic changes including accentuated J waves and ST-segment elevation, resulting in increased risk of arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death, that can be unmasked by natural SARS-CoV-2 infection. 35 Myocardial effects of COVID-19 mRNA vaccination in healthy individuals also include significant decreases in maximum corrected QT interval (QTc max) 36 and QTc interval. 37 ST-segment elevation was noted in several COVID-19 mRNA vaccine-induced myocarditis case reports, 38 and prominent J waves were observed in one case report.…”
