Abstract

Die vorausgegangenen Mitteilungenl) hatten das Verhalten des ZrO, gegenuber anderen hochschmelzenden Oxyden in biniir e n Systemen zum Gegenstand, die nachstehende ,betrifft gleichartige t e r n a r e Systeme. Als zweite Komponente fand einerseits Tho,, das mit ZrO, zwei Mischkristalle und ein Entmischungsgebiet aufweist, andererseits BeO, das mit ZrO, keine Verbindung eingeht, neben CaO, MgO und CeO, als dritten Komponenten Verwendung. Experimentelles 50% ZrO, enthielten, wurden wie friiher mit einem Acetylen-Sauerstoffgeblase angeschmolzen und nach dem Erkalten rontgenographisch untersucht. Die Temperaturen beginnenden Schmelzens wurden in den folgenden Diagrammen (1-4) vereinigt, welche wir an Stelle der Hunderte von Einzelzahlen bringen. Das Mischungsverhaltnis und die Numerierung der Proben, die in allen vier Systemen die gleichen waren, zeigt die folgende Tabelle 1 S. 311. Die Mischungen, welche samtlich Diskusion Die Disgramme 1 -4 betreffen die an der Zr0,-Ecke gelegenen Viertel der vollsthndigen ternaren Systeme. In den Systemen I und I11 (vgl. Tabelle) macht sich die Verbindung CaZrO, duroh den Temperaturanstieg nach der CaO-Ecke
