Behavioural change: a rare presentation of leptospirosis

Abstract: Neurological manifestations of leptospirosis without severe multiorgan involvement are a rare clinical entity. Despite the increasing prevalence of the disease in many tropical countries, its protean clinical presentations make its timely diagnosis challenging.
