Behavioural Biases on Residential House Purchase Decisions: A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach

Abstract: In this study, we examine if behavioural biases, such as framing effects, escalation of commitment, and overconfidence are present when residential property purchasers are choosing between alternative properties.
