Behaviour of Square and Rectangular Tunnels Using an Improved Finite Element Method

Abstract: Due to its advantages (fast and accurate calculations), the Hyperstatic Reaction Method (HRM) was used to calculate the internal forces of circular tunnel linings in former works.
