Behandlung des Lichen ruber mucosae mit Vitamin-A-Säure-Derivaten

Abstract: 27 patients with lichen planus mucosae or erosive lichen planus mucosae were treated with two vitamin A acid derivatives, 13-cis-retinoic acid or an aromatic retinoid. 20 patients were definitively improved or healed. The treatment was especially effective in erosive lesions of the oral mucous membrane. Side-effects of this treatment are pointed out.
