Beeinflussung der Aktivität der Stärkephosphorylase aus Vicia‐faba‐Kotyledonen durch Lysolecithin

Abstract: Die Aktivität der Phosphorylase I aus V. faba‐Kotyledonen wird während der Amylose‐ und Amylopektinsynthese durch Lysolecithin verringert. Die Phosphorolyse der Amylose wird ebenfalls gehemmt. Lysolecithin hat dagegen nur einen geringen Einfluß auf den Abbau des Amylopektins. Die Syntheseleistungen der Phosphorylase I sind unterschiedlich, wenn man steigende Mengen an Amylopektin oder Lysolecithin‐Amylopektin‐Komplex als Primer anbietet.
