Bedside ultrasound diagnosis of intracardiac paperclip

Abstract: Penetrating cardiac injuries are rarely reported in the literature. Foreign bodies are rarely seen in the heart and most patients with penetrating cardiac injuries die from hemorragic or pericardial tamponade before arriving at the hospital.
