Becoming Historic: Unsettling Preservation as “Activism” in the Memphis Neighborhood of Central Gardens

Abstract: Based on an interdisciplinary research course for graduate students, this paper describes a project that combines arts-based research, walking methodology, and posthuman theories to design a research-creation.
