BDNF‐overexpressing human mesenchymal stem cells mediate increased neuronal protection in vitro

Abstract: The use of neurotrophic factors as therapeutic agents for neurodegenerative diseases is considered as an approach aimed at restoring and maintaining neuronal function in the peripheral and central nervous system.
