BDD‐based optimized majority/minority gate using electro‐optic Mach‐Zehnder interferometer

Abstract: In this article, an optical majority/minority circuit has been designed using four electro‐optic Mach‐Zehnder interferometers. The binary decision diagram (BDD) is used to optimize the Boolean logical expression.
