Bayesian Network-Based Risk Assessment of Single-Phase Grounding Accidents of Power Transmission Lines

Abstract: With the increasing demand for electricity transmission and distribution, single-phase grounding accidents, which cause great economic losses and casualties, have occurred frequently.
