Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a multidrug-resistant opportunistic human pathogen. Chronic infections are associated with biofilms, conferring resistance to antibiotics and complicating treatment strategies. This study focuses on understanding the role of the uncharacterized gene PA3049, upregulated under biofilm conditions.
