Batata-Doce Beauregard: Revisão De Literatura / Beauregard Sweet Potato: Literature Review

Abstract: Os produtos agrícolas biofortificados são variedades melhoradas que apresentam uma maior quantidade de vitaminas e minerais. Um exemplo é a batata-doce biofortificada Beauregard, que apresenta um alto teor de betacaroteno. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de contribuir com a literatura acerca dessa cultivar. Foi realizada uma revisão da literatura, em que foi verificado que a batatadoce Beauregard é rica nutricionalmente, sendo uma excelente fonte de vitaminas e minerais para o ser humano.
