Baseline IL-2 and the AIH score can predict the response to standard therapy in paediatric autoimmune hepatitis

Abstract: Although autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) can be treated with corticosteroid-based first-line therapy, incomplete remission is associated with progressive liver fibrosis.
