Basal cell carcinoma arising at the site of a previously irradiated infantile hemangioma

Abstract: We describe a case of a previously irradiated infantile hemangioma in a patient 1 year of age. At the age of 71, the patient presented with a pink, pearly plaque at the previously irradiated infantile hemangioma site and was found to have a nodular basal cell carcinoma.
