Barriers to the Operation of Patient Safety Incident Reporting Systems in Korean General Hospitals

Abstract: ObjectivesThis study aimed to explore the barriers to and factors facilitating the operation of patient safety incident reporting systems.MethodsA qualitative study that used a methodological triangulation method was conducted.
