Barriers to Self-management of Serious Mental Illness and Diabetes

Abstract: Objectives Individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia), and diabetes (DM), face significant challenges in managing their physical and mental health.
