Barriers that Prevent Micro-Business Owners from Outsourcing Non- Essential Services

Abstract: This paper explores the possible barriers that prevent micro-business owners (with a specific focus on the participants in the Self Employment Assistance Program in Cornwall Ontario Canada from outsourcing non-essential services.
