$$\bar{B}_s \rightarrow f_0(980)$$ form factors and the width effect from light-cone sum rules

Abstract: In this paper we calculate theB s → f 0 (980) form factors from light-cone sum rules with B meson DAs. With adopting the quark-antiquark configuration of light scalar mesons, the high twist two-particle and the threeparticle contributions are found to be ∼ 25% individual, and totally they give about 50% correction to certain form factors in the considered energy regions. We further explore the lightcone sum rules approach to study the S−waveB s → K K form factors, the f 0 + f 0 + f 0 resonance model is propose… Show more

“…In Ref. [127], the authors calculated theB s → f 0 ð980Þ form factor from the light-cone sum rules with Bmeson DAs, and investigated the S-waveB s → KK form factors to study the width effect, where the f 0 ð980Þ is dominated by thess configuration. Ratios of decay rates of B and/or B s mesons into J=ψ plus f 0 ð980Þ or f 0 ð500Þ were proposed to allow for an extraction of the flavor mixing angle and to probe the tetraquark nature of those mesons within a certain model [128,129].…”

“…Some decays such as B 0 → K S K S K S mediated by the flavour-changing neutral-current b → s transition provide a sensitive probe of the effect of new physics beyond SM. Motivated by the experimental results, many theoretical studies of various three-body non-leptonic B decays have been performed in different frameworks, such as approaches based on the symmetry principles [33][34][35][36][37], the QCD factorization (QCDF) [38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45][46], the perturbative QCD approach (PQCD) , and other theoretical methods [72][73][74][75][76].…”
