Abstract: Background: Pigeon pea [Cajanus cajan (L.) Mill sp.] enriches the soil through symbiotic nitrogen fixation. The pigeon pea plants are susceptible to a number of pathogenic fungi including Aspergillus sp. and Fusarium sp.
